Information to be provided by the Employer

The following information is required to initiate the recruitment procedure.

  1. Summarised details about the Project.
      
  2. Place of Work.
      
  3. Category in which workers are required.
      
  4. Number of workers required in each category.
      
  5. Detailed job description of each category.
      
  6. Minimum qualification and experience required for each category.
      
  7. Salary, facilities & other terms offered to the employees.
      
  8. Duration of the contract.
      
  9. About Food, Accommodation and other facilities / amenities provided to the workers.
      
  10. Date by which the workers are required at the site.
       
  11. Other specifications or any other terms offered to the workers.
      
  12. Duration for which the visas or entry permit is to be processed.  
      
  13. Schedule the client visit & interviews.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will advise you the availability of workers readily available in our data bank in each category. In the event that any changes are required in the salary or any other terms offered to the workers, we will revert to you within 24 hours, to negotiate and amend the same. Thereafter, the recruitment procedure can be immediately commenced.
